You will need to check with the US department that regulates radio use.

It is The Federal Communications Commission.
Short form is the FCC.

Imported two way radios from any country, will have to have a sticker, from the FCC, that states that they are approved for use in the USA.

If it has an FCC ID on it, it’s fine. If it has no FCC info marked on it, then it isn’t (unless the label just fell off). Anything that produces radio signals, which includes pretty much all electronic devices, needs to be registered with the FCC to be legally operated in the U.S.
