You can buy a brand new CB for less than $50, so why bother?
No way to do that. 2 way radios will not tune to or transmit on CB frequencies.
Well, a CB IS a two way radio but the do not communicate on the same frequencies as the hand held two-ways you are talking about so no, you cannot do that. But, as one answerer has already told you, they are very inexpensive so if you want one just go to Wal-Mart.
